• ​Max Occupancy 6 guests in total.

• No day Visitors, only guests as per booking.

• NO PARTIES – no music outside by the pool. Music inside the house till 22h00 at a reasonable level not to disturb the neighbours, R1000 fine applicable should we receive any complaints.

• No glasses, bottles at OR inside the pool.

• Please do not put hot pots / grids on the outside wooden table, use the platform next to the braai for that.

• Please do not put hot Coles in the dustbin.

• Please DO NOT remove the creepy from the pool, it works on a timer and will damage if tampered with (R2000 fine applicable)

• No children to be left unattended at the pool.

• No gravel stones in the pool.

• Please clean garden (front and back from any dog poo.

• Please put garbage bins out on WEDNESDAY evening.

• No Smoking / Vaping House – R2000 fine applicable.

• Use ashtrays provided for cigarette buds, not the garden please.

• Use bins provided for bottles, tins, caps.

• Pool / Garden Service will service pool once a week, normally a Thursday. They will announce themselves. If you have dogs, please keep them inside when the pool is attended to.

• PLEASE LEAVE THE HOUSE IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS HANDED TO YOU.

• FRONT GATES AND LOFT DOOR - Please keep GATES AND LOFT DOOR closed at ALL times as the wind damages it when open.

Check in / Check Out Details

• Please inform Cistine 082-628-6264 the day before your check in your time of arrival.

• Check in is from 15h00 – 19h00. Check out is 10h00 on the day of departure.

• Should anything breaks / damage during your stay, please inform Cistine immediately.
